A faded star
The hotel used to be fabulous, I am sure. But that must have been at least 30 years ago, and now it appears as a faded star :) It has its charm, but it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The service is good, but the rooms are old and not the cleanest, and the restaurants in the hotel are not very good. The breakfast is nice though, but dont expect fast service, as they get overwhelmed if there are more than 10 customers here at the same time! The hotel is based in the relatively safe embassy-area. But expect to walk a bit if you need any shops or other restaurants than the hotel has to offer!

Deco are very shabby, hygiene is a disaster specially you can see dirts on bedsheet and blankets, don’t even mention other facilities.
Bear in mind that you are spending a 5 star hotel room rate but live in a guesthouse standard “hotel”. ??
